Human Factor X Des-Gla
Factor X- gla domainless was prepared from plasma purified Human
Factor X using alpha-chymotrypsin. The alpha-chymotrypsin and all
other products were removed using an anion exchange column after
digestion. Purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE. Protein concentration is determined by BCA.
